The concert was a success! The small venue in Provo called Pennyroyal was packed most of the night. the music was great and we raised almost $600. For a small group like the Darfur Action Committee it's a good amount. :) Now I have lots of letters signed and ready to be sent to our Utah representative, urging him to support the resolutions that address the crisis in Darfur. Mallory, a fellow co-president and mastermind of the whole event, is cashing in the money to be sent to the American Refugee Committee. They are well established in Darfur, providing medical aid and access to drinking water for refugees.
uh...dad just made a peanut butter + jelly + onion sandwich. eww. he said it's "great, the onion adds a really nice crunchy quality." sick dad.
So, just cuz i'm feeling wacky, here's a gargoyle for you. (i took this picture from the top of notre dame in Paris, 2006)

Anyway, life in Utah is swell...aaaaaand life in Gaza is not. no surprises there. i'm done. lata!
